By downloading, installing, or playing DEcoDLE, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DEcoDLE mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Ad Astra Vanguard Studios ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
DEcoDLE is available to users of all ages. If you are under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not require account creation or collect personal information from children.
3. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use DEcoDLE on your personal device for non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app
- Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to extract source code, assets, audio files, or game data
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person while using shared features
4. In-App Purchases
DEcoDLE offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("DEcoDLE PRO") that unlocks additional features and removes ads. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
- DEcoDLE PRO is a non-consumable, non-expiring purchase
- We do not process or store payment information directly
- Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google as applicable
5. Intellectual Property
All content in DEcoDLE — including but not limited to game design, visual assets, audio, music, text, code, and the DEcoDLE name and logo — is the property of Ad Astra Vanguard Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may share your gameplay results (scores, share cards) on social media. You may not use DEcoDLE's branding, assets, or audio for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. User Conduct
When using features that involve sharing or interacting with other players (such as challenge links or shared scores), you agree to:
- Not transmit offensive, harmful, or misleading content
- Not exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage in competitive features
- Report any bugs or vulnerabilities to us at admin@adastravanguard.com
7. Availability and Updates
We strive to keep DEcoDLE available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Update, modify, or discontinue features at any time
- Release updates that require you to download a new version
- Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
We are not liable for any loss of game progress, scores, or purchased content due to device failure, OS updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Advertising
The free version of DEcoDLE displays advertisements served through third-party ad networks. These ads are subject to the ad network's own terms and privacy policies. Upgrading to DEcoDLE PRO permanently removes all ads.

DEcoDLE is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service:

DEcoDLE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad Astra Vanguard Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, game progress, or purchased content.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of DEcoDLE after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
